We recently celebrated my daughters 12th birthday in Durban  She wanted a hippy/ disco themed birthday party at our home  and we needed a good DJ for the job  As we have recently moved back to Durban after 6 years in the UK  we did not know any local DJs and searched the web to find someone suitable  We liked the looked of DJ Devan website  and e-mailed him for a quote Within a few minutes he had e-mailed us back with a favourable quote and we arranged to meet to plan the birthday party During our meeting  DJ Devan discussed the party plan with us  as well as suggest the best possible set-up etc

On the day of the party DJ Devan and his assistant Kuben arrived well in time to set up their equipment laser lights and smoke machine When the children arrived everything was in place and looked fantastic and DJ Devan got the party started straight away  To say that I have never seen 12-year olds have so much fun at a party would be an understatement  Everyone joined in the dancing, there was even a special dance for my daughter with her Daddy  DJ Devan had the children shouting clapping  dancing and singing  and also had everyone joining in games like a Vuvuzela  blowing competition  etc Later on he handed the microphone around to everyone who wanted to wish my daughter a happy birthday which was really special  This was by far the best party she  ever had  and parents had to drag their children of the dancefloor by the end of

the evening
